Students in the pre-professional program will not only study classical ballet but other subjects such as Solos, Pointe, Repertoire, Body Conditioning Character, and in the senior levels Pas de deux.
The purpose of the pre- professional program is to produce graduates who are capable of integrating effortlessly into The National Ballet Academy of Denver’s Trainee Program.
Auditions for the pre- professional program takes place during the Spring. Successful applicants are offered a place beginning in September. Students are assessed regularly throughout the course to monitor their progress.
